Cheque (USD or CAD), wire transfer (for orders over USD $2,500), or PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, etc.

How fast can I get a campaign running?

Please anticipate a delay of up to three business days to book, setup, and launch your campaign. A fee of USD $50 applies to 48-hour rush orders. However, we encourage all clients to book 30 day or more in advance to secure inventory in advance at a better rate. Geo-targeted ad inventory is often scarce at the last minute--especially in small to mid-level cities and metro areas.

What kind of technology does Fixion Media use?

We use a 3rd party enterprise level ad server called Helios IQ, by Adtech. The technology offers lightning fast ad delivery and tracking of virtually any digital advertisement; banners, audio ads, video ads, interactive formats, etc.

I'm a publisher, can I join Fixion Media's roster?

Please e-mail us to request our Publisher Starter Kit, which includes a description of available publisher plans and a publisher application form. Your site will be reviewed for quality control purposes. At present, we offer three distinct types of representation: Flagship, Premium, and Basic.
